MEET OUR TEAM

Jessica’s passion for caring for the elderly population started in college when she worked as a home health aide. After graduating with dual degrees in Psychology and Biochemistry, she made the decision to pursue a career in medicine, earning multiple degrees and working in different healthcare environments since 2011. Since then, she has dedicated her career to understanding the unique health needs of our aging community and working tirelessly to increase access to quality care.

As Medical Director of Ikon Health, Jessica supervises the entire team of providers. She grew up in Northern Virginia and currently resides with her husband, two daughters, and dog in North Potomac, MD.

Megan Cullen is a nurse practitioner certified in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. She graduated with her MSN from the University of Cincinnati in 2021 and has been working as a primary care NP ever since. Before IKON Health she worked for Columbia Medical Practice caring for patients ages 17 to 100+. She has an extensive nursing background, having worked in IMCU, ER, cardiac, and population health settings for over 10 years.

Megan grew up in Catonsville but now resides in Ellicott City with her husband, 3 sons, and pitbull mix Maya. She loves exercising with Peloton and spending time with her boys. She is an avid reader (and loves to share book recommendations!).

Megan cares for patients in Howard and Prince George’s counties.

Natalie Kekuh is a trained family nurse practitioner. Throughout her career she has worked in multiple medical settings, including a community health clinic, in school-based nursing, and a healthcare foundation. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Prince George’s Community College.

Natalie completed her Post-Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia. She sees patients throughout Montgomery County and Prince George’s County.

Maiyeshia McFadden is a certified Physician Assistant and the newest provider to join Ikon Health. She has over 15 years experience in medicine, with expertise in both internal medicine and cardiac care.

Maiyeshia completed her Physician Assistant studies at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She sees patients throughout Montgomery County.

Kelly Olivier is a part-time provider with Ikon Health. She has over 20 years experience in nursing, having served as an active duty combat medic in the US Army and in multiple roles as a reservist. When not treating patients with Ikon Health, Kelly works as a hospitalist at two hospitals in Montgomery County.

Kelly completed her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons College. She sees patients throughout Montgomery County.

Amy Wible is a part-time provider with Ikon Health. Before moving to Maryland, Amy worked as a nurse practitioner in home care and in multiple roles as a Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist. When not seeing patients with Ikon Health, she serves as a Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist at a hospital in Montgomery County.

Amy completed her Master of Science in Nurse Practitioner from Southern University. She currently sees patients in Montgomery County.

Udeme Jacob is a registered nurse with Ikon Health. Prior to joining Ikon Health, Udeme served as a staff nurse in an assisted living facility in Montgomery County. She leads both the Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring programs at Ikon Health, and helps to triage calls from patients with acute health concerns.

Lowell Salitamos is a medical assistant for Ikon Health. He primarily handles care coordination efforts, including referrals to other providers, coordinating prescription refills, and managing many other behind the scenes efforts critical to timely care.

Yoshiko Yonetani is a medical assistant with Ikon Health. She provides direct support to patients for intake, scheduling, and routing concerns to our medical providers.

Angel Pansacola is a medical assistant with Ikon Health. She provides direct support to patients for intake, scheduling, and routing concerns to our medical providers.

Knight Reyes is Ikon Health’s billing specialist. He supports claims submission and correction, and handles payment questions and processing for patients.

Christopher Trizna is the data management specialist for Ikon Health. He supports patient intake and data management for the practice.
