Ikon Health now offers Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to help manage your health from the
comfort of your home. Our RPM program, supported by Telecare USA technology, provides continuous
monitoring of your health data, ensuring timely interventions and personalized care.
Benefits of RPM:
• Improved Health Outcomes: Early detection of potential health issues.
• Convenience: Reduced need for frequent clinic visits. No need to write down blood pressure or
glucose numbers, keep track of them, or remember to bring them to the doctor.
• Peace of Mind: 24/7 health data recording.
How It Works:
• Enroll: Talk to your provider about joining our RPM program.
• Setup: We provide the necessary device and guide you through the setup.
• Monitor: Take daily readings; your data is uploaded to our portal for your provider’s review.
Insurance Coverage:
Medicare and many commercial insurances cover the cost of RPM. If you have a supplemental insurance
plan along with your Medicare plan, you may not have any copay or out-of-pocket expenses. Please talk
